NONREFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE
- A 20% booking fee (of the total service price) is required to secure your appointment.
- Booking fee secures your appointment and is credited toward your remaining balance on the day of your service.
- The remaining balance is due upon completion of your services.

Booking Fee Policy / Rebooking Policy
- All booking fees are NONREFUNDABLE.
- A 15-minute delay will result in a $25 late fee. Anything over may result in cancellation, and rebooking will require a new booking fee.
- Services and rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Last-minute requests may incur additional fees.
